The team was tracking customer feedback manually using spreadsheets, which was slow and error-prone. I built a real-time dashboard in Qualtrics from scratch, with automated NPS tracking and sentiment analysis. Leadership gained live data they'd never had before.

Prospective students were landing on one of AAT's busiest pages and leaving in under 18 seconds. I ran a heuristic evaluation, heat map analysis and user testing to redesign the experience, reducing cognitive load and getting students into the funnel faster.

Quick Links is a consistent navigation bar sitting beneath the main navigation for logged out users, surfacing the most important pages at a glance. I designed tailored versions for logged in students and members too, with links relevant to each user's stage of their journey. Key links like AAT Store, tied to CPD and revenue, and Careers Hub, supporting progression for AAT-qualified professionals, mean getting customers to the right page faster has a direct commercial impact. This project is now live on the AAT website.
